Controlling a robot wirelessly with Bluetooth and Scratch for Arduino

So I’ve finally got S4A to work with a robot wirelessly. All it took was the Adafruit Bluetooth EZ link.


So how does it work? The robot works with a Dual H – bridge transistor. The L293D which is easily available. It connects to the Arduino with 2 digital controls for each motor – by reversing the power, you can reverse the polarity of the motor.

Then connect the Bluetooth EZ link. Once detected, you can upload the firmware program from Scratch for Arduino.

Now you’ve got a live connection. It can be a bit slow so watch out. Connect another Arduino and you can use that with some joysticks to control it.
